Frank far exceeded both his goals and my expectations during a recent sale. Frank was placed in a situation where My ex-wife still lived in the property that was sold and I live out of the area. This is my only real estate transaction since I originally purchased the home. The house sold in 2 days and that is where I saw how Frank was earning his commission. Frank worked extremely hard after the agreement was made. During the time the agreement was signed and the closing occurred a series of obstacles arose and Frank explained options every time as well as providing his expert advise which helped my ability to make a sound decision. Frank is an excellent communicator and his experience led him to anticipate questions I had and I never had to ask him because he did such a great job letting me know and keeping me informed. My only regret is when I look for a home in my new region Frank will not be by my side to assist. If you’re looking for a hard working, intelligent and proactive agent Frank is your go to person.
